The center begin to give service with 12 computers on 2006. The main .n the center is, to reach the Internet technology, wich is the century's most important access device, to the large masses, thank to this members statisfy their needs to search and get information in short time.
The center gives service 6 days of a week (except Sundays) between 08.30-17.30. The members can use the internet for minutes free.
